Scrooge isn’t the only rich man.

If you haven't read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" yet, it's the Real Estate Investing book that got many of us started on the investing side.   

My interest in Real Estate investing came, like many others, after I read 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad'.

With long term rentals, you aren't going to get rich quick, the money comes from the tenant paying down your mortgage and building equity for you. 

I literally finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad last week and I was ready to invest more of my money.

Remember, this is building wealth over time, not getting rich quick, at least in my eyes.Where you start almost does not matter, as long as you have done your due diligence, and have others around you more experienced to support and coach you. 

I’m sure the Uber-rich have plans for these things- but they also probably have good insurance for their teenage drivers too!

I listen to at least one BP podcast a day and have read books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad (which I should read again) and I am currently reading The Book on Rental Property Investing written by our very own Brandon Turner.
