Get Out of the Rat Race
I am 23yo and very much dislike my accounting job earning only 40k/yr salary.
I am seriously considering my real estate license and becoming an agent to do 2 things:
1. Learn everything I can about real estate
2. Increase my income to then invest back into real estate instead of being capped at 40K.
I know I must build career capital, talked about in the book (So good they can’t ignore you) but I want to build that in real estate.
I’ve heard mixed reviews on doing this so I thought I would get a BiggerPockets perspective on becoming an agent or not!! Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
