& @Kimberly JonesIs REIG provding all your insurance, including flood, hurricane, etc, i'm finding quotes ranging from $600/yr to $1,500/yr for multi-family residential, but not clear how that works within the different flood zones and asset types.

Did you implement all the other required asset protection steps before upgrading to asset protection structures?

For me the asset management, project management for rehab deserves 25-30% of the split.

These are basically worthless assets.

I recently picked up two books which are Brandon Turners rental property investing and little or no money down book, both have been great so far but i know this is just the beginning on my great real estate journey and i will need to obtain more knowledge. i have a question that i want to get off my chest and i have been itching to ask, for all my experienced investors and not so experienced investors if you where my age or if you are my age, the information that you know now and situations you have experienced what would YOU do if you where in my shoes to start off?

I have just recently obtained 100k from a refi and have 100k saved up  and wish to start doing flips or something in the real estate investing realm.

This gentlemen still handles all of our issues in that city.Morel of this story is we almost lost a huge asset to our business over this but in the end we know it was the responsible thing to do.
