Its always easy to look at "money gone" by using an agent but if we believe in trusting or being an expert ourselves, we need to work with the experts in our respected space.

The single-family interior-inspection form, the most common, is called the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report or URAR, form 1004 and form 70 for Fannie and Freddie respectively.
