The challenge with finding a more experienced partner is that they will expect you to join their journey.

I closed my first investment property today and it was quite the journey getting there.

I would set it aside just for the purpose of BRRRR and nothing else.2) Between the equity in my house, and the cash I already have saved, I will have enough to begin my real-estate investing BRRRR journey if I can find the right deal.3) The interest rate on my existing mortgage is 4.5%I'm very anxious to hear your thoughts and sincerely appreciate any help or advice you could give.

These worked like magic back in 2012-2015, but it may still work in the right situation. 

We are ready to start our investment journey and feel this property could very well be a means of starting either as our first Brrrr or using the capital to buy another property.

I plan to move down to Greenville, NC in August and wanted to see if anyone is willing to discuss about their wholesaling journey with me.

Also, would it be most advantageous to begin our investing journey by managing the subs (checking the quality of their work) and getting multiple quotes from vendors rather than rolling up our sleeves?
