Starting Out in PH real estate journey

Hi everyone!

I started reading real estate books for at least 6 months, my first book was "How to Invest in Real Estate - the Ultimate Beginner's Guide in Getting Started"

I would like to slowly get my hands dirty in real estate. I would like to know if there are members here from Philippines (which I currently live at and planning to start my journey) that I could sort of follow and possibly partner with.
