I'll have a better idea of the repairs needed later this week, but right now it looks like some light kitchen work (counter and sink) and possibly baseboard heater replacement throughout. 

He says if I have the same expenses in 2018 as I just reported for 2017, I'll save over 3k next year as an S Corp than as an individual.

Specifically by the coast across NYC like Fort Lee, Edgewater, etc...I would like to take you all potentially to grab a cup of coffee (I’ll pay for it) I just want to listen to your story, network, find out how you guys got started.

Have you identified a niche in real estate you want to concentrate on?

In terms of the strategy, pick one the interests you the most at this time and concentrate on it until you perfect it, then move on to add another strategy, and etc...
