Since the chattel crisis, lending on mobile homes has been nearly non-existent.

I still cash flow about $200 a month on the property, I have created about 30k in equity and I have gotten all my money back out of the property.We recently started using the same strategy with multi family and mobile home parks.I have detailed on BiggerPockets about a 6-plex we bought in January  for 315k.

Started looking at mobile homes recently as an asset class and was surprised by the vast array of prices.

Their home is worth an estimated $50,000 and in good repair (mobile home with well and septic on their own lot). 

He collected rent from my tenants without my knowledge, I paid him for work that he never did and I invested in mobile homes that he never bought.

I am purchasing a 12 lot MHP and the park owns the mobile homes attached.
