I was in the weddings for two licensed guys I went to college with and lived with over the years, I get support for that stuff readily but still think Im a better judge of value than either of them in my market and only call them to confirm things and occasionally help me justify adjustments or pick apart someone else's work.

I think the term intern here is more like a student or client fo a self employed person.Universities and colleges have intern programs and I have used them, they work for a grade.
