Check with the city or county planning and zoning department to get an idea of what you can build and what is required for all approvals including site plan and building permits, proffers, water/sewer tap fees, bonding requirements, inspections and CO process and time frame for all approvals.You also need to check with the utility companies and get an idea of availability and cost estimates from them for water, sewer, power, gas, cable, installation and connection requirements, tap fees, hookup charges, transformer location and relocation, power line and power pole relocation issues.

Without that knowledge, I will not know what is a good deal despite the powerful tools that BP has. 

Zoning issues aside, the next big problem is the cost of not only purchasing the land, but also installing the improvements (power, water, wastewater) which starts to run up the price tag and that scares people away.Which is why community developments are appealing, by dividing up the cost of the infrastructure among all the tiny house spots.Are you still interested in this space?

And if you know nothing about SEO and you still want decent SEO then Investor carrot got you covered.BUT, if you really want o dominate and completely conquer your market, you need SERIOUS SEO and credibility power, and no offense to anyone,  Not a damn company OR person comes even close to what I can do with SEO.

It has been power washed and repaired where needed. :( It was the best that could be done.
