Is it taxed as residential or resort, as that can be huge too.  

Employee housing appears to be very tight in and around resort towns over the past few years.What's your experience like in the summer?

Places who rely on super wealthy folks like Jackson will be fine, and even tourist spots like Yellowstone, and ski resorts will be OK. 

Used to snow ski a bunch like to get back to that.

My view continues to be, "what can I do different, what's my niche, instead of following the herd in a saturated marketplace where everyone seems to be flipping and dealing"  - currently I'm doing more International and looking to build a Brand of Eco-Resorts.
