My dad was long as well pointing out things to the inspector and asking some good questions.Long story short the house has been added on 4 times.The attic didn't have nearly enough insulation and the inspector seemed very surprised at that.

HelloQuick scenario is I got an off market property large enough to subdivide square footage wise however the lot is odd shaped so when I split the lots to meet the minimum widths the one lot falls short approximately 800 square feet.

Seems that the house can rent between $2,200 - $2,500Studio I am not sure...I'd probably do short term rental.
