Which means if we extend the copper under the concrete, perpendicular to the wall of the where the main service is, it possibly won't have a PVC line to connect to on the other side, or we end up knocking out way more concrete than we intended.ii) estimate 2: $1-1.5K ish but told me it was time and materials with no firm idea on time (They described NOT using a male adaptor again, but using schedule 80 PVC, as they said male PVC adaptor is prone to breaking.)B) replace line (about a 32 foot run, in an "L" shape) (dig trench through grass, plants, rocks, brick work etc) :--estimate: 1" copper, schedule L, in a blue plastic sleeve: $3-4K (said could do schedule 80 PVC too, and would cost close to the same, but a little less.)

WTF is up with these renter applicants having small dogs being certified as emotional support /service dogs.Sounds like a sneaky way to get around a no pets policy, and force landlords to suffer the wrath of misbehaving dogs.That other  applicant with the puppy was saying how it's against the law to deny them and crap, but what about during the application process?
