My last one needed one side jacked so I unbolted the foundation on 3 sides, setup long 4x6's lag bolted across the bottom of the entire side I needed lifted, put the jacks under the 4x6's, lifted slowly and evenly and then repaired the foundation.

With Gold peaking in the spring of 2011 aligns perfectly with the U.S. dollar bottoming around the same time at an index of 72, starting is 6-7 year bear market rally which aligns with the 2018, the end of the 18 year secular bear market.

One other point, on the residential side we are a very long way from the bottom from a few years ago and much of that is due to artificial stimulation from the FED.
