Help select one of these logos for new RE business started in BP

BP Family,

Yesterday, I posted that we registered our new business in this post:

Now, I'd like your help: I have started laying out various logos for Top Performing Properties (or TPP). Top Performing Properties LLC acquires, develops and offers profitable turnkey rentals to new and seasoned investors, provides quality property management and actively offers home buying solutions in the Athens Georgia Real Estate Growth market. So our target customers groups include:

1. New and Veteran turnkey investors,

2. Rental owners in need of quality prop management,

3. Tenants looking for a quality place to live,

4. Owners looking to divest properties quickly.

The logos center on the acronym "TPP", but also try to convey "Housing" and "Improvement" by using arrows, etc. There are variations of each and I'm definitely open to additional design suggestions that get the "Top Performing Properties" point across to the target customers. Thanks in advance!
