If you are pleased with the services you received, you're more likely to use that agent again.This can be tough in a young REI career so I'd recommend getting an older agent, someone with a lot of experience and then you should also continue to ask questions on here to get multiple perspectives.

\One reason that I love this place for my money is that I can easily open multiple accounts and nickname them (money being saved for a down payment, money being saved for a vacation, etc.) and easily transfer from my checking account and between accounts at the click of my mouse.

My opinion is unless you desire to speculate on the Jersey City Housing market, and find that the ~400 loss per month is worth it to have skin in the game, then I would sell.Based on the wording of your post is sounds like you prefer stable cash-flow properties to speculating on the market, but both are fair strategies when properly applied
