It is helpful if you follow your local subforums so you get notifications when something new is posted - these subforums do not show up on your regular feeds and seem to not get the exposure yet.

Zillow then feeds to several other sites like trulia and hotpads.

Thanks for the feed back Dawn and SteveI prefer to show units myself or have our leasing agent do it as a part of our screening process.  

The first reason is that I am working directly with the HOA so they can feed me deals via quit claim deeds or HOA foreclosures.

I always attach 25ft of flexible tubing for a quick feed to the outside & it has saved me a lot of grief.Then again 10inches of snow only = 1 inch of rain (unless you're downhill) :)

Some of these people act like the rate increase is definitely temporary and seem to be advocating including rate reductions in the pro formas (very risky).I am going to try to refrain from further replies even if they contain further falsehoods (trying not to feed the troll).I wish you the best of luck.
