AI is likely to have essentially no impact, or no impact beyond the general administrative support that we will all see improvements in around scheduling, autocompletion on texts and emails, etc. 

There is some accounting included, like owner statements and keeping track of all the important numbers for a STR property...i.e. occupancy, revenue, RevPAR, etc.As for guidebooks I highly recommend going on Etsy and finding templates for hard copies and templates for a digital copy.

Keep estimates and receipts showing cost of material and labor and email them to the claims adjustor and your agent.  

At some point I signed up for promotional emails from a company called Here.

HOA is involved and they reply to HOA request of fixing their radiator and reply to HOA email according to hoa, but when I write them to fix the damage of my ceiling they just do not reply to my email or txt or phone call.And this is not first time that’s happening, in past 6 years there was two different damageme caused by them.

Finally, another offer and another nit-picky list of non consequential stuff to fix (including a small tear in a window screen and a front step that had settled and was now 1/4 inch lower and out of compliance)!

If not, they are plenty of free ones out there that can.As far as tools recommendations, I agree with Jonathan, HubSpot is a great free CRM that allows you to make custom tags/lists and can have contact forms embedded in webpages, popups, sidebars, or stand alone form links to easily share in email newsletters/online forums.
