Despite each guest having a different niche or strategy, you will notice that patterns develop from guest to guest and after a while you'll be able to predict answers to questions based on what you've already learned.You can spend just as much time reading forums or books but, for me, it's easy to get overwhelmed by this proposition because there is not a linear path to the knowledge and there is just so much... a lot of it redundant.Josh, Brandon, Mindy, Scott, and Dave do a great job (usually) of keeping the podcast interviews on track and they follow a pretty rigid, predictable format.

I did this because I think that format may work better for keeping me accountable. 

It’s funny because I was given “homework” to listen to the BP podcast when they asked me to host the Portrait System for SBE because they loved the format of BP and I was quickly hooked on real estate investing after listening!

I think the issue is with the seminar format itself, and that anyone with a dollar is allowed in, but then again this is America, and if you have that Dollar and want to use it to learn as much as you can that's your right.The seminars just pull money in, in a different manner than the colleges.

I want to format my goals in the next few days for 2020 and am curious what has worked for others.

Each series has its own formation papers and bank account.My entity is also a disregarded entity.

I especially appreciate the overview format of the material covered during the interview and the books mentioned. 

They scream, insult, deprive them of food and sleep, and spend countless hours training the recruits on mind-numbingly stupid tasks like making beds or marching formations.
