Despite each guest having a different niche or strategy, you will notice that patterns develop from guest to guest and after a while you'll be able to predict answers to questions based on what you've already learned.You can spend just as much time reading forums or books but, for me, it's easy to get overwhelmed by this proposition because there is not a linear path to the knowledge and there is just so much... a lot of it redundant.Josh, Brandon, Mindy, Scott, and Dave do a great job (usually) of keeping the podcast interviews on track and they follow a pretty rigid, predictable format.

It’s funny because I was given “homework” to listen to the BP podcast when they asked me to host the Portrait System for SBE because they loved the format of BP and I was quickly hooked on real estate investing after listening!

I think the issue is with the seminar format itself, and that anyone with a dollar is allowed in, but then again this is America, and if you have that Dollar and want to use it to learn as much as you can that's your right.The seminars just pull money in, in a different manner than the colleges.
