The interest isn't bad, ~2% on the subsidized loans, ~6% on the unsubsidized; the weighted average is about 4%.

I just use a trimmer since that's faster than a push mower, but will likely switch over to using my 48" commercial mower for the summer since it will be easier to get in there with a trailer with less students in the area, and it looks nicer.
