JP Morgan Chase REO negotiation

Hi everyone,

I'm just posting here to get some ideas. We put an offer in on a REO property owned by JP Morgan Chase, then we heard back from the bank saying to put in our "best and final offer". We put in an offer over the asking price, all cash. How long does the bank usually take to respond? We have been waiting for a few days now. Is this normal? Is there anything we can do to make this go faster? Should we change the closing day to sooner? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
