I am using M&M because I had their booklet by me at the time. 

Basically 4 bed homes with each bed having a private bath room  a big great room and kitchenso four students could live there have commuity cooking and TV room but private bed bathI like those.. 

To me at some point you think you have a handle on things, then you get a probate sell and you've never done one before.

The whole sw burbs in cook county have crazy high taxes which have made properties cheap (but your total monthly payments often higher then city with lower taxes).

Just found out that Cook County, IL will start processing foreclosures on vacant houses.
