We are paying in full (and we are amazed at how difficult it seems to have them take the money); we live overseas.I've walked thru the condo (in an HOA) and am very happy with the quality of the appliances.

I think your rehab number is too low with a a AC replacment, 2 tub/shower replacements, appliances, paint and landscape.

I know it isn't much money - but in essence, the seller would be getting more cash out of the deal than he agreed to which isn't in keeping with the spirit of the deal....and there goes part of the budget for replacing appliances that need to be replaced under rehab.Anyone else run across this?
