Hey everyone, I have a bit of a difficult situation. My wife and I purchased a duplex recently. I will be deploying shortly and my wife will be moving back home. Does anyone have any good recommendations on how to manage a house while deployed? My tenants currently are super low maintenance and are very responsible. I'm not worried about collecting the rent, I'm worried about using appliances etc in my house to keep them functional. My sump got clogged the other day and just about ruined my downstairs floor. Apparently that's the second time that's happened in this house, and I would really like to have someone there to be able to see and check on this.. We have very hard water and I'm worried that the water siting in the pipes for that long will damage my pumps, water heater, appliances, etc.
