My suggestion would be to find a small firm with just one attorney or a few - large firms would not touch this as no money in it for them and they won’t work on contingencyContingency for them to get 25-50% on this will make it challenging to find an attorneyIf the seller contests the action and it goes to trial, it could cost $50-100k especially to get into discovery.

PA law establishes the amount, it’s not fixed at 2% as there is some variation based on the sale price.
