If you have a great team that can handle all of these aspects for you, or you are able to travel to handle them yourself this can be a great way to invest.

I travel about 4 hours a day 2 hours to and 2 hours back that's half my work shift driving.

I have a demanding job that keeps me working evenings and weekends and traveling around the country frequently.

I'm more of a research/numbers kinda gal and I can appreciate how technology has re-landscaped how investing is done today.My goal is to use REI as a vehicle to allow me to travel (and relax) more.
