How many hours a week do you have to dedicate to your rentals?

My vacation rental is located in Hawaii so they have been dealing with home sharing and tourism long before Airbnb and VRBO were born.I also bought my place in a dedicated resort area where condo complexes were built with vacation rentals at the forefront. 

I'm looking for a CRM or dialer platform (similar to mojo dialer) that will include features to send texts, rvms, emails, and letters all from the same program.

I’ve bought 2 properties through the Roofstock platform in the last 2 years and enjoyed it, although technically not a turnkey provider.

-What platform or platforms do you use to get bookings, and can you send me some links to listings you already manage so I can see how you set them up and read reviews?

If anyone has any advice on how to best use this platform, I'd love to hear it.

The rep that answered my email said they don't support the platform if I'm overseas and they would "forward my inquiry and concerns" up the chain, so does that mean they expect me to move and may cancel my account in a few months?
