@Kevin IzquierdoYou have to remember that the people you are talking to are also the people most likely to buy stocks at the top of the market (because they were paralyzed with fear while the market was rising) and sell at the bottom of the market, (for fear of losing any more money.)Some people will never get out of their 9-5 mentality.

I am not sure when I fully embraced this mentality as a guiding principle in my life, but I know it came at a young age, and am confident it is the result of attempting to emulate my father, a 28-year career military officer.

Lots of movies are shot in Austin and the Hill Country.Anyway, doing this stuff is as much fun as REI (although the pay isn't as good) and if you want to learn some "rehab" skills, building sets is a good way to do it.Doing rehearsals has definitely cut into my time on this and other sites.all cash

Yes, there are a lot of investors in CA, and unfortunately the heard mentality of following gurus means that most absentee/foreclosure/tax/etc owners get a bunch of mostly the same yellow letters.

I believe that mentality comes from the Guru's "Find a good deal and the money will folow" While building my buyers list I will call the "we buy houses" bandit signs in the neighborhoods I'm interested in and find that many have yet to do their first deal!
