I attend a REIA as well but the authenticity of meeting with BP members would bring a whole other atmosphere that I am willing to explore. lets get it. lets do this!

I’d keep things simple because your inviting much more issues into one building this way .

There are some landlords that will invoice the tenants for the utilities, dividing it by unit or square footage, but I feel like this is just inviting tenants to start arguing about who left the door open or cranked their heat up and then drag you into it.Before purchasing, I call the utility company to see what the average bill has been for the last 12 months and factor that into our calculations. 

Plucking random folks from the internet, or the like, only invites disaster.Construction doesn't really have trade secrets and so sharing openly was of no concern to us.Since communication is such a large contributor to the success or failure of a project, pre-bid meetings allows everyone access to identical information at a singular time.
