Newbie in Hollywood, Florida

Greetings from sunny south Florida,

I just purchased my first home and am interested in renting it but have no clue where to begin! With leases, background and credit checks I am already feeling a bit overwhelmed but I'm sure this site can help guide me!

I work a full time job and dont necessarily want to deal with the technicalities, but want to research and see what options I have as far as property mgmt etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
