A seller in the business of Seller finance, finds a firm that stamps the loan, how will they judge the integrity of said originator?

I'm surprised that foundation work is allowed by the HOA as it could potentially affect the structural integrity of any attached units etc.

All calendars integrated and all automated messaging/screening process is integrated for each unit as well.

I want to be sure if I'm renting I'm doing it with the utmost integrity and doing it right, so I do not know yet what permits/hoops are required through the city. 

We live in an era in which many business schools teach that integrity and ethics are obsolete.As another website points out, a triple net lease is basically an investment in the tenant's business and if he or she fails, you are stuck with an empty building and a loan payment that continues.

Most municipalities in this day in age have an online data base, most are integrated with mapping technology that allows you to simply click on parcels of land and it will generate this data based on tax records etc. 

In common areas, I have been using these integrated recessed LEDs. 

This seller's old-timey way of doing things really doesn't fit into how I carry out my real estate actions with integrity so I think it will be best to move on to the next deal.
