Well wait a minute, Chandra 3 months ago you were inquiring about if any one had invested with them, I take it that you’ve changed your mined since then.

I would also be inquiring with many agents for off market/up and coming listings that are not yet on the MLS.

When some one inquires about the the ADU, maybe try sending this form and giving them a showing window.  

My handyman told me his dad was looking to sell a property so I inquired further.

Recently I started inquiring again, and found someone who is willing to help but they said they are waiting for authorization from the correct department before they can put me in touch with the right person etc etc etc...From my research I know the bank (BOA) owns the property.

I sometimes bring deals to investors that originally inquired about getting a HM loan but didn't actually have a deal yet.

Inquire about their track record. - Hire a an independent local attorney.

You can even create a credibility packet to give to anyone who inquires about your business (gives you another opportunity to connect with someone). 

The best leads we got from Zillow was from people who were inquiring about our own listings (which our broker paid Zillow so we showed up on our own listings).
