Legally, they may have the right to exercise the ""due on sale" clause, but I would review your mortgage, possible consult an attorney and/or your servicer to understand if they ever enforce this.Stepping back, putting title in an LLC may not provide as much protection as you think.

My point is the process of investing in real estate is not as fluid as it seems and for busy people it may even turn them off or they may just start splurging money and expect high cash flow and that won't happen.

Build relationships and don't treat every person as a transaction, and these types of things won't happen to you.We lend to plenty of investors who use the same wholesalers time and time again and don't try to do any of these things because the numbers work for everyone.Build a quality book of business and none of these things will be issues.
