Perhaps next time, I will stand my ground & insist on staying within my criteria.

I could make some additional changes to remove ground floor doors and put another french drain in but do not want to go through all the work if I could just offer an allowance for the buyer. 

Have a new condo listing that is less than one mile from the new 4 Billion Dallas Midtown project that just broke ground.

Now if he pushes back and you end up in court tryin to evict him on these grounds, its going to be hard to win.

You can buy SFR, multi family, a commercial property, storage units, vacant ground, whatever the banks guidelines will allow.

It will be a huge help to them and they will help you get off the ground and running as well.
