It's something most in our industry don't realize until its too late.

Depends on finish out. $110/sqft - $130/sqft probably makes sense for a small home like that.

I took a chance, put in a counter-depth refrigerator (made the small kitchen look a little bigger) and finished (sheet rock, paint) the small laundry room in the basement. 

interested in the start-to-finish as it relates to funding, first and foremost, and then everything else.  

Looks like the car is a late 80s Mercedes and worth absolutamente nada. 

There is no penalty for starting a 1031 and not finishing it.
