I enjoy listening to his books on audio during my commute to work from Ann Arbor to Walled Lake, MI.  

Reasons may include a failure by the landlord to provide peaceful quiet enjoyment of the premises to the tenant, defects in the property, failure on the part of the landlord to make a legally required repair, or a host of other reasons which seem to come out of left field and astound the landlord when the breach occurs and the tenant is demanding a refund of the prepaid rent.

It is a very informative enjoy.

If they aren't, and you just enjoy the rent, and as long as "you don't see it, it doesn't happen"  type of deal... don't stress and just tell the neighboring tenants to call the cops.  

I am 60 years old and found BP about 19 months ago while medically recovering and looking into something I would enjoy for another 10 year or so.  

I have recently enjoyed learning more about zoning.

I enjoyed SF/Oakland when we were out there together in August.
