Now we knew why the bathroom floor sloped 2”.What was the laundry room had an exterior door opening.

Great condition, newly renovated, it's the right type of property at a discount.

Two are fine but one needs work regarding the dry wall & bathroom tiling. 

IMO by law of averages an individual has the greatest chance of getting the best  discount on the court steps.  

Once you set up your initial entity, you can add another entity at a discounted price.
