Hello - I am a new BP member interested in getting into real estate deals ranging from flips to fixer-up long-term rentals.  I currently make my money in the field of I.T., but the real estate business has always been of interest to me.

I am currently interested in the West End part of the Atlanta area and College Park.  Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.  I look forward to connecting with you all and making money.
