I recently had a bit of a shift in my perspective on advising clients to pay points recently and here are my current thoughts.  

Not a major rehab - flooring, paint, and some misc. work  - not a full blown renovation.PS: I wish BP could really have a search function because the current one sucks. 

This project, located near Shafter, introduces a cutting-edge technology known as Hybrid Direct Air Capture (HDAC), which simultaneously removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and produces water.

With the new commission laws in place, some buyers going directly to the listing agent in lieu of having their own buyers agent because they’ve heard that they will need to pay their agent directly out of pocket and they just don’t have the extra funds, with high interest rates and home prices in todays market.

I am a BP member but not a pro member currently.  

How long does the process typically take and would current tenants need to move out for the installation to happen?

I mean you could make offers and if you are in the market and they aren't you can always file complaints, (only legit ones) with the city, to keep it on their radar and make it a squeeky wheel for the current owner, but yeah i'm not really a fan of bailing out people in any industry who make mistakes, so by all means by the properties but not your or anyone else's problem that they made the errors they did.
