I live in Jacksonville, Florida, and know that there are several areas that investors are looking to develop, specifically the Springfield/Phoenix area. 

The agent will prepare a commitment with requirements for closing including a deed from the party the insurer believes is authorized to sign the deed and any supporting docs they need to be comfortable in issuing a title policy to you w/o an exception for your concerns.

I live in Pensacola and manage my own rentals here, I don't want to manage a property remotely though.  

Also have a niche market that I am targeting,  However, because I live in Long Beach, CA, I am very interested in developing relationships with other real estate investors, agents, brokers, and lenders in the area.

-i think a great way to get started in real estate is a house hack or a live-in flip. 

I remodeled and lived in three different SFH since knowing her, and prices more than doubled in there neighborhood during that time. 

We bought a four-plex, lived in one unit and rented the other three.

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.I lived in this home for almost 2 years and had always been interested in turning it into a rental.

Do I open the LLC in the state I currently live, or the state I own the rental property in?
