Hey GuysI just wanted to say I started wholesaling two weeks ago and after tons of cold calling , I officially have contracts but the one question remain how do I find buyers in Georgia. 

You'll likely be able to get a sense for whether or not they're open to another solution or if they're dead-set on pursuing a foreclosure at this point.

My suggestion would be to pick one strategy because they all work over time (direct mail, PPC, driving for dollars, cold calling, texting, billboards, radio), and don't stop that until you have consistent deal flow.Also, I highly suggest finding someone who is already wholesaling and get on their team! 

Unfortunately reality quickly set in when we contracted an engineering firm to start the septic and wastewater plan. 

Are you set on investing with the long term strategy or are you also open to short term? 

I have a meeting set for next week with an RE attorney but want to have an idea about my financing options both short term and long term.

I made 120k in equity last year with the sale of the houses but because of how stupidly our business was set up, Our tax guy suggested my partners give me most of my equity as a gift because we didn't want to get taxed on it twice.
