I also had a challenging life growing up - at 5 years old I was given to a wonderful family to raise me, my mother always worked (as a dancer on the Block in Baltimore) and had no time for me.At 12 years old I would ride the streetcars in Baltimore (Greenmount Avenue to North Avenue) selling newspapers, worked on a golf course carrying heavy golf bags and as a delivery boy for a restaurant during breakfast and lunch delivering food and washing dishes in the afternoon.

I spent over an hour talking yesterday afternoon and again this morning with "Ed" (Reed) and he's a very personable, knowledgeable and and intelligent guy.

It was a Thursday afternoon and she said the seller was accepting offers for 3 days only, told me what their minimum acceptable price was, then said she thought her fax machine might not be working after 5pm and she would be listing it around 4:45pm so I should get my offer in ASAP.
