Getting started in RE with no capital

My name is Garrett Pickering and I am 19 years old. I am about to obtain my RE license and I am looking for capital to invest into buy & hold properties. I am wondering if it would be a smart idea to make the capital wholesaling with no money down? What other niches would you reccomend for beginning in real estate? I have a pretty minimal amount of money to begin with so I am hoping to come up with an effective strategy for the area I live in (Tucson, Arizona) . Any and all feedback is appreciated.
