See if there is another person you can deal with on the renters end, a brother, mother sister u can talk to also, if this person is nuts, they would know, and it gives you a buffer that may help talk this guy off the ledge!

For me, I'd probably tell the tenants I manage it for my sister or someone I make up, and tell the tenants that my name is my middle name or a nickname, and have all my mail go to a private mailbox.People are usually too self-absorbed to care what your real name is or check your mail to find out, etc.

I learned this from my sister who's a nationally recognized dog trainer (and who's trained me in the ways of Dog).
