Rent pricing
What are some good resources to use for establishing rent price?

I've found websites like Zillow or Rentometer.com are not very accurate for my area. Craigslist seems to be the best way to see what properties are actually renting for in your area. You can compare your property to what you see for rent on Craigslist and then determine your rent amount accordingly. Good luck!
