How do you have the time for your bus tours, being a "guru" and living that swanklife.com with all the time you spend trashing people online? 

All of the luxury and action, whether it be Palm Springs proper, La Quinta, PGA West, etc, was on the other (south) side of the 10.

I have seen countless abandoned foreclosures that were literally uninhabitable listed on MLS - and I've toured them with rehabber clients. 

My husband is an Army vet who toured in Afghanistan and Kuwait. 

We had a hotel in Times Square, tickets for Broadway shows and a statue crown tour.

So I have a four plex under contract (I'm used to single family home investing where I place the tenants, this is different and new to me) and the tenants during the inspection hemmed and hawed about letting me in to tour the apartments, etc.

We had been selling houses left and right with 20 to 30 couples touring our houses every weekend.

I have taken two separate Mike Wolf investing tours including the Houston Tax Deed investing tour.
