Would a company like Realty Shares be exactly this, just online? 

PatchOfLand or Realty Shares.Like PatchOfLand, PS seems to also allow investors to review all the details of all previous loans.

So I just got approved from Realty Shares that they will fund 90% of any project I bring them and they approve of.
