I imagine they have to agree toLeave by a certain date.Give up their right of redemptionAgree than anything they left behind was abandoned and can be discarded or given away.Hold me harmless for anything that happens to them while they remain in the house.Have i got it covered.

I understand that people with very little knowledge and experience may see those that do have such attributes as "know-it-alls" but no one knows everything, it just seems so by those that don't have a clue generally.It's impossible to explain how everyone operates primarily due to all the misguided, unprofessional, simple minded, whizbang operators out there doing whatever their imagination can dream up.

I have had two GCs and an engineer (who sucked) look in the attic and verify the walls are not load bearing, but one quote said "install two posts and a beam, and pour one pad footing to support inner post".

On 10 of my acres I have 50 pads that are somewhat spaced apart but I couldn't even imagine having close to 200 pads sharing the same space?
