If you want to go the cheap route, why not find a photography class at a local college/junior college and offer a student $100 to take and edit the photos.

Single graduate students are always my best choice. how would you prioritize for other cases at 1 bedroom apartment?

That was placed due to a lot of residents complaining about renting to students especially around UT.
