Where do I begin? I need great tips!

I have a home that I am not currently living in. I am a college student and I am working a full time job but I have a huge interest in doing real estate. I'm only 23 but I think this is a great age for me to start. I would like to have investment properties as well as flip houses. I am planning for my future. Lately, I have been considering selling the home and buying others to keep for investing or flipping. I am doing reaserch and trying to learn all there is to learn about this business. I needs tips on how I should begin the process. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Listen to ALL of the BiggerPockets podcasts. That is just for starters. Spend a little time scanning forums and gathering info. Find your closest REI group/meetup and visit more than once. View youtube for biggerpockets on analyzing a deal. Www.biggerpockets.com/ubg is also a good resource. Good Luck.
